Three four oz. slices of slow roasted Angus New York Striploin served over a bed of Bordelaise braised button mushrooms. Accompanied by root vegetables and Parisian potatoes.
Center cut pork loin chops marinated with Rosemary, garlic, and citrus then char grilled and served over stuffing with apple sauce. Accompanied by Parisian potatoes and root vegetables.
A tender breast of chicken lightly floured then sauteed with olive oil, garlic, pepper medley, mushrooms, sweet onions, grape tomatoes and Greek olives. Finished with a with a Greek Feta sauce and served over Spaghetti pasta.
An 8 oz filet of Norwegian Atlantic salmon char grilled then basted with a Honey-Pecan glaze. Served with Dirty Rice and root vegetables.
