Almond Chicken

A Bone in chicken thigh lightly floured then sauteed with butter, garlic celery and sweet onions.  Deglazed with white wine, flamed with Amaretto and finished with a Bechamel cream sauce. Accompanied by rice pilaf and root vegetables

Pesto Broiled Salmon

Two filets of Norwegian Atlantic salmon char broiled then basted with a fresh Pesto sauce. Served with Parisian potatoes and a blend of root vegetables.
